OUR TEAM
The core of our team is formed by attorneys, junior lawyers and insolvency law specialists. An essential part of the team is also an administrative and technical expert team. The law firm externally cooperates with experts from various fields.
JUDR. JAN LANGMEIER
Attorney and insolvency administrator with special permission
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2009. In 2012 he passed the bar exams and devoted himself to general practice. In 2015 he became an insolvency trustee and in 2018 he became an insolvency trustee with a special permit. He is a member of the international organization INSOL Europe, a European organization bringing together professionals in the field of bankruptcy, insolvency and company recovery. In addition to insolvency law, he deals mainly with criminal law and litigation. He is on the list of liquidators and receivers maintained by the Czech National Bank. He is also registered on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. He is also a member of the Appeal Commission of Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic.

MGR. LUDMILA ŠTURMOVÁ

In 2013 she completed her studies at the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and in 2016 she passed the bar exams. In our law firm she focuses primarily on insolvency and civil law with an emphasis on family law.
MGR. FILIP SHRBENÝ
Attorney
He graduated in 2016 from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Law. He focuses mainly on cases of foreign, civil and criminal law, but he is also able to provide advice on applications for subsidies from European Union funds.
MGR. BC. ANETA MIKEŠKOVÁ
Attorney
She graduated in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2018. specialization Judicial and notarial administrative activities. In her practice, she specializes primarily in private law, where she focuses mainly on civil litigation, commercial law and contractual agenda. She also provides legal services in English.
MGR. KATEŘINA SEKYRKOVÁ
Legal assistant
She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague and is currently studying the 4th year at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. She has been working in our law firm for three years as a legal assistant.
MGR. BARBORA KOCOURKOVÁ
Specialist in insolvency law
She graduated from the CEVRO Institute in 2018, majoring in Commercial Law Relations. During her studies she gained a general practice in a law firm and now she is an insolvency law specialist in our law firm.
