Reorganization of the company

• This is a method of resolving bankruptcy, in which the operation of the debtor's business is preserved, remedial measures are implemented and creditors are gradually satisfied,
• the objective of the reorganization is the revival of the failing company while maintaining its operation and at the same time the gradual repayment of debts,
• the reorganization can be used by entrepreneurial natural persons and entrepreneurial legal entities whose turnover is at least CZK 50,000,000 or who have at least 50 employees.
