We provide our clients with representation in courts, administrative authorities and law enforcement, preparation of contract documents of all types according to clients’ needs, including assessment of contracts submitted by a counterparty, all services in establishing new companies, company transformation in case of company status changes, liquidation of companies, ensuring the revision of all types of contracts in accordance with the new Civil Code, ie Act No. 89/2012 Coll. and Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Business Corporations, provision of due diligence services, legal services for real estate agencies and development projects, provision of legal deposit in Czech crowns and euros, official verification of signatures and others.
