In 2012 he passed the bar exam and continued his general practice. In 2015, he became an insolvency administrator and in 2018 an insolvency administrator with a special permit. He is a member of INSOL Europe, a European organisation of professionals in the field of insolvency, insolvency and corporate recovery. In addition to insolvency law, he mainly deals with litigation. He is also registered in the list of liquidators and receivers maintained by the Czech National Bank. He is also on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Chamber of Agriculture. He is also a member of the Disputes Committee of the Minister of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Since 2020, he has been working as an established European lawyer in Slovakia.
She graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Law of the University of ZČU in Pilsen, majoring in Law, and before that in 2012 from the University of Karlovy Vary, o.p.s., majoring in Judicial and Notarial Administrative Activities. In practice, he mostly deals with civil, commercial, insolvency and contract law. She has been working at the law firm since 2018 and has been the managing partner of the firm since 2022.
