Bankruptcy

• This is a liquidation method of resolving bankruptcy,
• it can be used by natural or legal persons,
• bankruptcy consists in the complete monetization of the debtor's assets and the subsequent proportional satisfaction of creditors' claims,
• after the end of bankruptcy, unsatisfied claims do not disappear, creditors can claim them in enforcement proceedings.
