On 5 February 2016, the Czech Bar Association was commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to resolve consumer disputes out of court for disputes between attorneys and consumers arising from contracts for the provision of legal services (based on Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
